Well this news rocks: former All My Children star Leven Rambin (ex-Lily Montgomery) has been cast in Netflix's upcoming biopic The Dirt, which follows the rise of American rock band Mötley Crüe.
The daytime alum is set to play the role of lead singer Vince Neil's ex-wife, Sharise Neil, in the series, which is based on the book The Dirt: Confessions of the World's Most Notorious Rock Band, a collaborative autobiography by Neil and band members Nikki Sixx, Mick Mars, and Tommy Lee, with author Neil Strauss.
Rambin shared the trailer for The Dirt on her Instagram page along with the caption: "The one and only... Mötley Crüe. I have the honor of being Sharise Neil in [the film]."
Daniel Webber, who starred on the Australian soap opera Home and Away, is set to play Vince Neil in the film, while rapper Machine Gun Kelly will play Lee, Douglas Booth will portray Sixx, and Iwan Rheon will appear as Mars.
Rambin starred on AMC from 2004 to 2010 before going on to find success in the film The Hunger Games and the series True Detective, Grey's Anatomy, Scoundrels, CSI: Miami, and One Tree Hill. She currently stars opposite Sex and the City star Chris Noth in Gone.
The Dirt is set to drop on Netflix on Friday, March 22.
