Popular General Hospital villain Harmony Miller took her last breath during the Wednesday, May 4, episode of the ABC soap opera, and the character's portrayer, Inga Cadranel, marked the sad moment with a farewell message on Twitter.
"Wow. What a wild ride!" the actress shared. "I want to thank each & every #gh fan who took the journey with me. I loved playing this broken woman who only wanted love. Honored to have the chance to bring her to life on @GeneralHospital. Now I say farewell Harmony. It was nice knowing you."

Cadranel also posted a goodbye message on Instagram, sharing, "THATS IT!! That's all she wrote. I want to say thank you thank you #generalhospital fans ! You guys are amazing. You stuck with this crazy character who did a lot of bad things. You saw through to her pain and I am honored to have stepped onto the #generalhospital stage and into Hollywood history. So much fun. So much love for you all. I see you. I thank you. The lights have officially gone out in Harmony's dressing room."
In response to Cadranel's exit, GH actress Katelyn MacMullen (Willow Tait) shared, "You are such an amazing actor, scene partner and human. Harmony forever."
Briana Nicole Henry (ex-Jordan Ashford) also shared a goodbye, writing, "You are the loveliest. Hope you went out with a bang."
Cadranel originally began playing the role of Harmony in 2019. Her journey on the show began with the Dawn of Day cult storyline, and it progressed to the recent reveal that the character killed Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan) and the doctor's brother. Many fans hoped that maybe Harmony could be redeemed, but ultimately, her life came to an end after Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) hit her with her car -- but before Harmony succumbed to her injuries, she at least managed to reveal the truth about Willow's maternity to Carly (Laura Wright) and asked Carly to protect Willow from her real mother, Nina (Cynthia Watros)!
