It looks like General Hospital's Teresa Castillo (Sabrina Santiago) is about to expand her family. The actress took to social media to announce that she's pregnant with her second child.
"Someone is getting a little brother," the actress wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of her with husband Shane and their daughter, Victoria, who was born in May of 2014.

Castillo has played the role of GH's Sabrina since September of 2012.
