ABC's General Hospital hit a high note last week, as the waning moments of the show's February Sweeps storylines managed to garner an impressive number of viewers.
The soap surged to a high in Total Viewers with 3.186 million, greater than it had experienced in over a year, and a high in Women 18-49 (665,000/1.0 rating) and Women 25-54 (889,000/1.5 rating), greater than it had in over eight months, since the weeks of January 6, 2014, and June 9, 2014, respectively. The numbers won the series the position of Number 2 drama in daytime in Women 18-49.
Meanwhile, the week's Monday episode -- which featured final moments between Kristen Alderson (ex-Kiki Jerome) and Roger Howarth (Franco), as well as Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) telling Ned (Wally Kurth) she's pregnant, Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) announcing his return, and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Julian (William deVry) finally getting back together -- was the most watched episode in over a year, garnering 3.421 million viewers.
